Serving The Community
Lance has been serving our community for many years, working tirelessly to make Harvey County a better place for us all. If he's not endeavoring to change policy at a local level, he's advocating for it at the State level. One thing everyone knows about Lance is that he doesn't give up, but rather perseveres through any situation or circumstance.

United By A Common Goal
Unity is key for anything to get done at a Local, State or National Level. Lance has the ability to reach across the aisle, seeing things from another's perspective. He also believes that we are better, and stronger together when we work with one another. Lance has a proven track record of building relationships when some might have thought there would be no way it could be done.

Lance has a proven track record of being a dedicated person. It doesn't matter if it's in his personal life, or anything that he sets his mind to achieve. Anyone that knows Lance knows that he is one of the most loyal and dedicated individuals you will ever meet. Lance doesn't live a life of quit. Lance's testimony is one that tells a completely different story. One could say that he remains faithful in any and all parts of his life.

Lance has a proven tack record of being accountable throughout his entire life. "Accountability should be the cornerstone of any individual who serves the public" Lance has not only been accountable for decisions he's made in his past, but will remain accountable to everyone who places their trust in him, especially while serving the public..

Lance has a proven track record of being a credible and reliable person. He doesn't take lightly the trust people place in him when it comes to serving others. Many times he's been scrutinized, and every time his credibility, and integrity remain. Lance consistently researches, and provides reliable and credible information on any topic he chooses to give his opinion, or when being trusted to make the right decision.

Lance has a proven track record of being Transparent, not only about his personal life, but also in the public. Lance is not someone who will tell you what you want to hear, but rather, what should be known, regardless of the consequences.
Honest
Lance has proven time and again that he chooses honesty over anything else, even when doing so makes the path more difficult. Through his personal life and experiences, he has a proven track record of being forthright and honest in all of his relationships, even his most personal ones. The mark of a good leader in today's society is to be honest in all things, no matter what the cause or cost, and also to accept that not everyone will agree on all things. Above all else, honestly is key.

Lance has proven time and again that he can be trusted to do what is right, and what he says he will do.. Even in the face of the most adverse situations, he chooses to push through and overcome with his integrity intact. Lance's character can be defined as kind, empathetic, compassionate, patient, and generous. He believes that good citizenship includes patriotism, concern for the common good and community. All of which he can be trusted to do.
